Terms of Service

1. The service

Get AI Cited provides done-for-you AI-search-visibility (Generative Engine Optimisation) services — audits, structured data, listing and content work, and monitoring — as described on this website and in your order or proposal.

2. Term and cancellation

Plans are month-to-month with no long lock-in unless you choose an annual plan. You may cancel any month with reasonable notice; fees already invoiced are non-refundable except as expressly stated.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide timely access (website, Google Business Profile, analytics) and accurate information.
• Approve content before publication. You are responsible for the accuracy and regulatory compliance of claims about your own business.

4. Results and guarantee

AI answers are controlled by third-party engines and change constantly. We do not guarantee any specific ranking or citation. We do offer the guarantee stated on our pricing page: if your AI Share of Voice has not moved within 60 days, the next month is provided at no charge.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
